Q2: When can I expect to receive my tickets/Wristbands?

After payment, it can take time to have the wristbands shipped to the consumer. This time can vary depending on location, but we guarantee that you will have the tickets/wristbands prior to the festival date, or your money back. an estimate of time would be 1-2 weeks prior to the beginning of the festival, that you will receive your wristbands in the mail.
